Mental health with mental fitness
The life of the all the human being is a combination of the both mental and physical health, it can not be completed in the absence of the one so it is very important to make sure that we live our life with a healthy physical and mental fitness . In our life it is difficult for all of us to maintain a good physical and mental fitness due to our busy life and also due to various other things which are more attractive for us to make our life more comfortable. Our physical fitness is related to our appearance therefore it is hard to find any person who is not concerned for his health. They make every possible effort to make themselves acceptable, presentable and attractive in the society and all this one do not for him or her but for the society, because all these thing are decided by according to the norm of the society to the larger extent and their is a very small percentage of our preference therefore we always wants to prefer to live in that society or people who have the same preference like us. In the case of mental fitness all the things are exactly different and have a different point of view.

The mental health is totally dependent upon the thought process, beliefs and the true satisfaction level of the person which can give him or her felling of goodness and contentment. We can relate the mental fitness with the spiriuality, because more or less we are dependent on someone who can stay with us for ever and can share our sorrows and joys. This is the main reason why we can not think about mental fitness without mentioning about the spirituality and both the topic are the combination of the emotional and psychological state which also state their definition of mental health in the context of spirituality.

If we define spirituality it means we are defining ourselves, because if in any situation we are emotional spirituality can be the one and only solution which can help to overcome from that situation. It can act as the capability of the individual which serve its self well, from whose help we are able to recover our true self which ultimately benefits the mental health. Spirituality helps to provide an idea about our mind, view and about our soul. It can be defining as a route to known your self. It helps to create a surrounding of harmony and in your mind and in your life also. It also tries to help in making our relationship more meaningful and understandable which result in offering mental peace. It is definitely going to help those people who are suffering with the mental stress by enlarging the self confidence and self esteem. It build the trust on god and take us more close to him, it signifies the importance of our family, loved ones and the relation with the nature and the power of the universe.
